How to do it?
You have to buy IP Key card from one of our dealers. The list of our dealers is here (russian only).

What does it give?
Activating IP Key card - you simply put the sum, equal to your card par value to your personal account and then pay this amount for your work in Internet. Activating IP Key card scheme is very simple - you can learn it here (hyper reference link). On registration in IP Telecom customers base you have to choose your Internet data:login and password under which you will enter the Internet. Later when you buy IP Key cards to replace your balance, you will not have to register again, just put the sum of your card par to your account. We also provide you with e-mail address and space for your personal Web site page for free.
